And second, this interview from a few years back with Marianne Manilov (https://ashowofhearts.com/marianne-manilov/) which remains among my favorites. The TL;DR of both: we need far more radical tactics, and while there is a need for financial resources to sustain movements, it will not be professionally/hierarchically directed.
